No individual, organization, or entity may use the name, logo, image, likeness, or other identifying marks of Frederick Classical Charter School, Inc. without the prior written consent of the FCCS, Inc. Board of Trustees. These marks are the property of FCCS, Inc. and are protected under applicable trademark and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited. The corporation reserves the right, through its Board of Trustees, to enforce its intellectual property rights, including pursuing corporate legal remedies, in the event of any unauthorized use.
